Ingredients: Basmati rice, sliced chicken, 1 bunch of spring onions, 1 red onion, mongoose sprouts, 2 pineapple rings, natural peanuts, peanut oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, ginger, turmeric
Boil basmati rice in salted water and rinse off. Sear the chicken strips in peanut oil, flavor with salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped onion, mongoose sprouts, pineapple pieces, peanuts, soy sauce, ginger and turmeric. Arrange and serve together.
